Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to enhance our team. You will work closely with top management, influence the company’s growth and grow yourself.

About the project


As a part of our Business Development team, you will work closely with Head of Sales, Researchers and Marketeres in order to engage new leads and convert them to clients.


  • At least 12 months of lead-generation experience on LinkedIn.
  • Experience with email campaigns.
  • Ability to conduct audience segmentation and analyses, make conclusions and prepare a list for targeted contacting.
  • Experience in both the US and EU markets.
  • Experience in writing scripts, sequences.
  • Proactiveness, willingness to constantly learn new tools, and improve skills.
  • Ability to plan daily work and achieve results.
  • Previous experience in leading a team would be a plus.
  • Experience with Automation tools (LinkedIn Automation tools and Email Automation tools)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.


  • Together with the Head of Sales, planning Email and LinkedIn campaigns targeting different audiences, business domains, and locations.
  • Creating and implementing lead-generation campaigns.
  • Searching for potential clients.
  • Starting first communication with potential clients (reaching out with customized approaches based on their corporate and personal profile and possibly predicted business needs).
  • Pre-qualifying new leads and connecting a lead with the Head Of Sales.
  • Maintaining your activity in Hubspot Reporting and, together with the Head Of Sales evaluating lead-generation results and determining which tactic is effective
  • Researching and exploring new lead-generation channels
  • Support communication with SQL and Hot Leads
