  • At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, B2B segment
  • Experience with Google / Linkedin Ads
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
  • Good spoken and written English is a must (B2 level and higher)
  • Analytical thinking, ability to make decisions
  • Proactivity and curiosity

  • Understanding of Performance Marketing
  • Experience managing budgets, reporting on results and forecasting future impact on business processes


The main goal of this role is to develop existing and new channels to ensure the constant growth of new users visiting our website. We are looking for a person who likes to try new things and isn't afraid to make mistakes.

what you will do

  • Create hypotheses and validate them
    • In this role, you will have the opportunity and freedom to generate hypotheses of User Acquisition and validate them using various channels.
  • Create and scale advertising campaigns
    • You won’t be limited in tools & techniques you want to try for every other campaign – we are ready to experiment.
  • Analyze and track the effectiveness of existing campaigns
    • You will launch different A/B tests to improve the funnel conversion, based on the campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with creative & sales teams
    • You won’t go alone and will be in tight cooperation with management, content creators, designers, and sales representatives.
  • Competitor research and analysis
    • This role also requires one to be aware of best practices in the market and constantly check what others do.
