key responsibilities

Project Management

  • Planning, schedule, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, team members, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and reports.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure follow-ups on action items.

Business Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable project objectives and deliverables.
  • Assist in creating workflows, process diagrams, and use cases.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to refine project goals.
  • Support the creation and validation of test cases to ensure project outcomes meet requirements.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to processes and systems to enhance business efficiency.

qualifications and skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of business process modeling and documentation techniques.

Preferred:

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams in software development or eCommerce/SaaS environments.
  • Basic technical understanding of software development and IT systems.
