Middle Full-Stack Python Developer

We’re expanding the team for our client — a fast-growing AI-powered startup that turns compliance into a strategic advantage by automating and generating essential documents intelligently, saving time and reducing risk.

Project Overview:

The product automates and intelligently generates critical business documents, saving time and reducing risk.

Tech Stack:

Python, Django, React.js, API, AWS, PostgreSQL.

-Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. functionality on both the backend and frontend.-

• Collaborate with designers and senior developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
• Contribute to performance improvements and refactoring efforts.
• Continuously improve skills and stay current with development trends.

Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Solid experience with Python; familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Backend: Experience with Django or Flask.
• Frontend: Good understanding of TypeScript, React.js, and component-based architecture.
• Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with Docker and cloud services like AWS is a plus.
• Version Control: Comfortable using Git and Git-based workflows.

Experience & Soft Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development.
• English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2).
• Ability to build and maintain features across the stack with supervision.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from more experienced peers.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Proactive attitude toward learning and improving product quality.
• Clear communication and openness to feedback.
