Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on engaging and qualifying leads. You will work closely with our Lead Generation Specialist, who will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential prospects. Your role will be to nurture these leads, conduct outreach, and set up sales opportunities for our team.

what you’ll do

  • Work closely with the Lead Generation Specialist to receive pre-qualified leads and conduct further research to personalize outreach
  • Engage with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and calls to establish relationships
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs and challenges in ed-tech and e-commerce
  • Educate potential clients on our IT outsourcing services and value proposition
  • Qualify leads based on their fit, budget, and readiness to explore our services
  • Schedule sales meetings and demos with our management.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with lead interactions, follow-ups, and status updates
  • Continuously test and improve messaging and strategies based on responses.
  • Work collaboratively with Management to refine messaging and outreach strategies

what we’re looking for

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business development (preferably in IT outsourcing, SaaS, or tech services)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (fluent in English)
  • Understanding of ed-tech and e-commerce markets or a strong interest in learning
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to craft personalized outreach messages and hold engaging conversations
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team
