We’re looking for a Business Development Analyst - a curious, tech-savvy person who wants to grow into a Sales Team Lead role. This is a hybrid position combining market research, hypothesis creation and testing, pre-sales activities.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and COO, learning Wise’s value proposition, our expertise, and how we help clients succeed. The role is on-site as we want you to absorb our culture, projects, and internal knowledge before representing us externally.

Outreach & Hypothesis Testing
Help craft and test new outreach hypotheses (industries, messaging, ICPs). Support the creation of personalized outreach messages and campaigns. Collect feedback and refine messaging based on response metrics.
Experience
Previous work experience in IT e.g. Lead Generation, PM, BA, QA or similar. Understanding of software development processes and technologies Exposure to client communication, presales, or delivery coordination is a plus. Understanding of Outsourcing industry is a plus.
Skills
Analytical mindset and curiosity to explore new inbound/outbound channels. Excellent written English and clear communication. Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and structured research. Comfortable interpreting client problems and matching them to technical solutions.
Personality
People-oriented, empathetic, and easy to communicate with. Proactive and self-motivated, can take initiative with minimal supervision. Open-minded and eager to learn from senior leadership. Local presence able to work from the Ternopil office.
